Talking heads, more voices, and a simpler storyboard

Hey everyone! We've released an update today based on your feedback. Here's what has changed:

  • Talking head / Lip sync models. You can now animate any scene with a character present using a lip sync model.
  • Over 150 new voices. We've added ElevenLabs' extended shared library, grouped by what you're making — Narration, Explainer, Conversational, Characters, Social, and Commercial — each with a preview you can hear before you pick.
  • Add scene directions in your script. If you want a specific visual associated to a line in the script, you can now add scene directions like: [SCENE: wide shot of the empty factory floor] and the storyboard will follow it.
  • Simplified the scene animation (video) process. Now, instead of having to choose an image-to-video ratio up front, you now always generate the stills first, then choose exactly which shots (or none at all) become video.
  • Performance improvements and mobile support. We've made a bunch of backend improvements, so the app should feel faster and more responsive; we've also improved the mobile layout, so you can more reliably create videos from your phone.
