Plans & credits

Framesail has four paid plans — Creator, Pro, Studio, and BYOK — and no free tier. Generation is metered in credits: plans grant credits monthly, grants are always additive, and your balance only ever goes down by spending. Prices and credit amounts live on the pricing page; this page covers what each plan unlocks and how credits behave.

What each plan unlocks

• ·Creator — the full web app, with up to 2 channels.
• ·Pro — everything in Creator, plus API & MCP access and unlimited channels.
• ·Studio — everything in Pro at a larger monthly credit allowance, with the best per-credit rate.
• ·BYOK — API & MCP access plus bring-your-own provider keys: jobs covered by your keys bill 0 credits. There is no monthly credit allowance; renders and exports stay included.

Every tier is available monthly or annually, and annual subscriptions still grant their credits monthly. Credit top-up packs are available on top of any subscription.

How credits expire

• ·Subscription credits expire 2 months after they are granted — unused credits roll over within that window.
• ·Top-up packs (and manually granted credits) never expire.
• ·Spending always consumes the soonest-expiring credits first, so nothing expires while older-dated credits sit unused.

How spending works

Every generation job checks your balance up front: if you don't have enough credits for a job or batch, it fails fast at submission — nothing half-runs and nothing is charged. Retries of running or completed work are refused or skipped server-side, so a retry never double-bills (see jobs, errors, and status). Exporting the finished video charges no credits at all.
