Getting started

Organize channels, projects, and settings

A channel holds your styles; projects belong to a channel and inherit its style. Per-project settings then control the individual video: script length, the visual concept, image-versus-video mix, sound effects density, narration speed, and dialogue format.

Channels

A channel is the home for a body of work that shares a look — its styles live on the channel, so every project in it starts from the same visual identity. On the Creator plan you can have up to 2 channels; Pro, Studio, and BYOK have no channel limit (see pricing for plan details). The limit is enforced server-side, not just in the UI.

Projects

A project is one video. It belongs to a channel, inherits the channel's style, and carries its own script, assets, voiceover, storyboard, and timeline through the pipeline described in How Framesail works.

Project settings

All of these are editable between runs — change a setting, then re-run the station that reads it.
